Terms of Service

Last updated: July 5, 2026

Welcome to Roadmark. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Roadmark website and mobile application (the "Service"). By using Roadmark, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

About Roadmark

Roadmark is a directory and tool that helps semi-truck drivers find repair shops, truck parking, dealers, weather, and related road services. Roadmark provides information to help you make your own decisions. We are not a repair shop, towing company, or service provider, and we do not perform repairs.

Your Account

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Roadmark.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: - Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent shop listings or reviews - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to scrape, copy, or bulk-extract our shop data - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security - Impersonate any person or business

Shop Listings and Reviews

Shop information is gathered from public sources, our own research, and user submissions. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, or that any shop will provide satisfactory service. Always verify details directly with a shop before relying on them.

Reviews reflect the opinions of the users who wrote them, not Roadmark. You are responsible for the content you submit and grant us a license to display it within the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that shop information, routes, weather, or other data will be accurate or complete. Weather, routing, and location features are for general guidance only and should not be your sole source for safety-critical decisions.

Emergency and SOS Features

Roadmark's SOS and assistance features are tools to help you find help. They are not a substitute for calling 911 or emergency services. In a life- threatening emergency, always contact official emergency services first.

Premium Memberships and Payments

Some features may require a paid or supporter membership. Any fees, billing terms, and refund conditions will be presented to you at the time of purchase. Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store's terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roadmark and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service, reliance on any listing, or any interaction with a shop or third party found through the Service.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of Roadmark is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
